Classroom Facilitator Pre K - 1st

Responsibilities

• Support children during daily activities, transitions, and movement/gym activities
• Help maintain an organized and safe learning environment, including light clean-up
• Assist with bathroom breaks and hygiene as needed
• Ensure child safety and engagement throughout the school day
• Follow individualized support plans and guidance from lead staff or therapists

Requirements

• Experience working with neurodiverse children
• Experience with developmental differences or special needs
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and actively engage with children physically
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong emotional regulation skills and a calm, supportive presence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in therapeutic or educational settings
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and families
