Classroom Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the teaching team with personalized attention and guidance for students during classes and school activities
• Participate actively in classroom organization and the development of educational materials
• Accompany students in activities both inside and outside the classroom to foster safety, well-being, and participation
• Assist in implementing adapted educational plans, with special attention to students' emotional and social needs
• Serve as a positive role model for behavior and respect, reinforcing school values
• Cooperate with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure a harmonious and enriching learning environment

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (oral and written) is mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent (higher education related to education is a plus)
• Experience working with children in educational or similar environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Positive, responsible, and organized attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in schools
• Training in early childhood education, special educational needs, or psychosocial support
• First aid or child protection certification
