Responsibilities

• Establish a safe and stimulating learning environment rooted in mutual respect
• Set goals that stretch and challenge pupils of all backgrounds, abilities, and dispositions
• Take accountability for pupils' attainment, progress, and learning outcomes
• Adapt teaching methods to respond to the specific strengths and needs of individual pupils
• Plan lessons that build upon pupils' prior knowledge and capabilities
• Maintain a secure knowledge of relevant subjects and curriculum areas to foster pupil interest
• Demonstrate positive attitudes, values, and behaviors consistent with school expectations

About the Company

Robertswood School is a welcoming two-form entry school located in the leafy village of Chalfont St Peter. We educate children from Reception through to Year 6 and also host a Nursery for children over 3 years old.
