Class Teacher

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to students in KG/Cycle 1 in accordance with the British curriculum.
• Assess, monitor, record, and report on the learning and progress of students.
• Create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic growth.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
• Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework and National Curriculum for England learning objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a directly related subject.
• PGCE or equivalent with UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Valid teaching license or certification from your country of origin.
• 2-3 years of full-time teaching experience specifically within KG or Cycle 1 (EYFS/Key Stage 1) in a British curriculum school.
• Proficiency in integrating educational technology into classroom practice.
• Ability to obtain ADEK (Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge) teacher licensing and approvals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in an international school setting.
• Relevant First Aid certification.
