Class Teacher

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for early years pupils
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with EYFS principles
• Track and report on pupil progress to ensure academic and social development
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with parents and guardians
• Lead teaching assistants and collaborate effectively with the wider school team
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through events and pastoral care

Requirements

• Qualified EYFS educator with relevant teaching credentials
• Deep understanding of early childhood development and the needs of young learners
• Strong communication skills for interacting with staff, students, and parents
• Proven commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
• Ability to bring creativity, structure, and warmth to the classroom environment
