About the role
Responsibilities
- Function as yardman, positioning tankers and trailers using a yard horse
- Perform material moves between locations
- Assist with forklift and warehouse duties as needed
- Wash and weigh tankers
- Perform daily computer transactions in the Prism system
- Fill in for vacations by driving straight trucks, tractor-trailers, or tankers
- Inspect assigned units daily and report repair needs
- Maintain compliance with RCRA and food safety protocols
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid CDL with current DOT physical certification
- HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
- Acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
