Class A Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Transport, deliver, and unload windows and doors to customers using a tractor trailer
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
• Observe all DOT regulations and defensive driving techniques
• Safely unload materials and verify quality with customers
• Complete driver logs, timecards, and other necessary documentation
• Pick up materials from vendors and verify quality and quantity

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a D.O.T. Medical Certificate
• 2 years of previous tractor trailer driving experience, including winter driving
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually
• Ability to load and unload items in various weather conditions
• Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving
