Class A Driver

Responsibilities

• Transport and unload glass, metal, and associated products to customers
• Handle loose, crated, and racked materials and operate boom cranes
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Ensure load securement and execute multiple deliveries per route
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to all DOT regulations and safety policies
• Interact with customers daily to resolve delivery issues

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and compliance with all DOT requirements
• Unexpired Medical Examiners Certificate
• Flexibility with shift start and end times
• Ability to read and interpret mathematical measurements and delivery schedules
• Proficiency using a tape measure
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Good customer relations and people skills
