Class A Driver

Responsibilities

• Perform local drop and hook deliveries at each store
• Execute store deliveries and pick up store loads, vendor loads, or empty trailers back to the Statesville DC
• Operate on a dedicated account following a Sunday-Thursday schedule

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Must live within 40 miles of Statesville, NC
• Minimum 1 year of experience within the last 3 years
• Must have at least one year of experience with a carrier possessing a fleet of at least 75 trucks
• Clean MVR and clean background check
• Ability to pass a urine drug test
• No SAP drivers
• Employment history restrictions: no more than 4 jobs in the last 3 years and no more than 2 jobs in the last year
• Experience with small carriers, mom-and-pop shops, or owner-operator roles will not be counted toward requirements

Benefits

• Benefits available after 30 days
• Average weekly pay of $1,000 - $1,200
• Compensation of $0.51/mile plus $10 per stop
