About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform local drop and hook deliveries at various stores
- Manage store deliveries, vendor loads, or empty returns to the Statesville DC
- Operate on a dedicated account following a Sunday-Thursday schedule
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must live within 40 miles of Statesville, NC
- Minimum 1 year of experience within the last 3 years
- Must have at least one year of experience with a carrier possessing a fleet of at least 75 trucks
- Clean MVR and clean background check
- Ability to pass a urine drug test
- No SAP drivers
- Employment history must not exceed 4 jobs in the last 3 years or 2 jobs in the last year
- Experience with small carriers, owner-operators, or mom-and-pop shops will not be counted
Benefits
- $1,000 - $1,200 weekly average
- $0.51 per mile plus $10 per stop
- Benefits available after 30 days
