Class A City Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Move product in a safe and efficient manner within city operations
• Plan for breaks, weather, traffic, construction, and varying driving conditions
• Safely load and unload products according to company and facility instructions
• Operate various equipment including tank trailers, dry vans, pneumatic, intermodal, and flatbeds
• Follow all government, company, and customer regulations including FMCSA, OSHA, and GMP
• Manage shift requirements including 2nd or 3rd shift availability and potential weekend/holiday work

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the previous 7 years
• Graduate of a Certified Class A CDL Program
• Valid Class A CDL with Tank endorsement
• Ability to obtain a Hazardous Materials endorsement within 60 days
• Ability to pass a physical lift test of 75lbs
