Class A CDL Driver

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver building materials to customers, distribution centers, and construction job sites using a tractor-trailer
• Deliver material in a route truck/multi-drop fashion in accordance with Federal regulations
• Maneuver vehicles in difficult situations such as heavy traffic, inclement weather, or tight loading docks
• Maintain required compliance records including driver logs, fuel purchases, and mileage
• Perform thorough pre and post-trip inspections
• Maintain cleanliness and integrity of vehicle and equipment
• Ensure compliance with DOT guidelines

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• 2 years of commercial truck driving experience
• 1 year of flatbed experience
• Clean driving record
• Ability to strap flatbed loads
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually above shoulder height and below the waist

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-drop delivery experience
