Class 1 Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Drive various types of heavy vehicles based on operational needs
• Act as operational support or first responder for drivers in difficulty
• Perform pickup and delivery of ferrous and non-ferrous metals
• Complete required transport documentation
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance
• Adhere to company safety standards and current legislation
• Move, organize, and clean trailers
• Perform other related operational tasks

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 driver's license with FM endorsement
• Clean driving record
• Experience driving manual transmissions
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Class 1 driver
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Physically fit and safety-oriented
• Punctual, reliable, and respectful of equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dump trucks or Roll Offs
