Clarity PPM Expert, Business Applications Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Clarity PPM platform, including configuration, system updates, and new feature rollouts
• Design, develop, and test enhancements and integrations with other enterprise systems
• Oversee Clarity analytics by managing Jaspersoft reports and developing Tableau or PowerBI dashboards
• Lead global systems training for a diverse user community, including PMO, Project Managers, and Power Users
• Provide in-depth functional and user support through advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Coordinate system testing, UAT, and documentation for all platform changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology
• 5+ years of experience with Clarity functional modules (Project, Portfolio, Resource, Financial, and Demand Management)
• Expertise in Clarity Administration, including security, permissions, and job scheduling
• Extensive experience with SQL and XOG
• Strong understanding of database concepts, including Oracle and relational modeling
• Experience with BI analytics tools such as Tableau or PowerBI

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of GEL Script, REST API, and process automation
• Experience with the new Clarity UX functionalities and configuration
• PMP Certification or prior PMO experience focused on OPEX/CAPEX planning
• Proven ability to build and scale high-quality applications at an enterprise level
