About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for internal staff, dealers, and OEM personnel regarding claim entry
- Review dealer submitted claims for accuracy based on specific claim types
- Develop and maintain basic program reports
- Contact fleet customers via email for high-value claims
- Manage chargebacks to dealers for unauthorized or incorrect claims
- Troubleshoot and respond to questions regarding rejected claims via email or phone
- Evaluate claims to determine applicable warranty or OEM program coverage
- Assist in documenting claim entry procedures and reference materials
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (entry level)
- Ability to manage changing priorities and provide regular status reports
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior OEM claim entry experience
- Prior warranty coverage review experience
- Associate's Degree
