About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for internal staff, dealers, and OEM personnel regarding claim entry
  • Review dealer submitted claims for accuracy based on specific claim types
  • Develop and maintain basic program reports
  • Contact fleet customers via email for high-value claims
  • Manage chargebacks to dealers for unauthorized or incorrect claims
  • Troubleshoot and respond to questions regarding rejected claims via email or phone
  • Evaluate claims to determine applicable warranty or OEM program coverage
  • Assist in documenting claim entry procedures and reference materials

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (entry level)
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and provide regular status reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior OEM claim entry experience
  • Prior warranty coverage review experience
  • Associate's Degree
