Claims Recovery Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage and control claim income across all insurance lines
• Design and analyze recovery KPIs and statistics to optimize performance
• Develop strategic processes for collection and recovery to reduce aging and improve operational flow
• Lead and coordinate the recovery team to ensure effective execution of tasks
• Oversee salvage management, including the storage of total loss vehicles and recovery of indemnified stolen vehicles
• Manage inventories and databases for the sale of salvage units
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, internal processes, and industry regulations

Requirements

• Solid experience in insurance claim recoveries (automotive experience is highly preferred)
• Proven expertise in salvage recovery, subrogation, and collections
• Experience leading and managing professional teams
• Strong analytical and strategic profile with a results-oriented mindset
• Advanced negotiation and decision-making skills
• Completed college education
