Claims Provider Contract Analyst

Responsibilities

• Regularize and update claims provider contracts to ensure compliance with current regulations and internal policies.
• Ensure adherence to SHCP and CNSF regulatory standards.
• Contact providers to request and follow up on required documentation.
• Review, validate, and correct provider file documentation.
• Integrate and manage both physical and digital provider files.
• Maintain constant communication with providers to ensure information continuity.
• Track the status of files in process, development, and completion.
• Maintain documentation traceability for audit and compliance purposes.
• Identify documentary inconsistencies and follow up on regularization.
• Propose improvements for organizational and documentary control efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in economic-administrative areas or related fields (completed or in final semesters).
• Experience or strong interest in administrative processes, document control, or provider management.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of information and multiple files.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with providers.
• Availability for an 11-month temporary position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of or interest in the insurance sector.
• Basic knowledge of compliance or audit processes.
• Experience in document management or administrative management.
• Familiarity with contract processes or provider control.
