About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the handling of claims and damage cases within the Logistics Division
- Manage and follow up on transport and cargo damage
- Ensure cost-effective and business-oriented damage management
- Develop processes, working methods, analysis, and reporting
- Drive damage prevention work and risk management
- Collaborate with operations, suppliers, and insurance partners
Requirements
- Experience in claims, damage, or complaint management
- Background in transport, logistics, insurance, or related industries
- Business-driven mindset with ability to make decisions based on risk and cost
- Ability to manage both details and the big picture
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Proactive attitude with a motivation to improve processes
