Claims Loss Adjuster

Responsibilities

• Provide client advisory and claims adjustment services using legal knowledge of traffic regulations and policy management.
• Prepare documents and forms to collect necessary information for auto claims and damage estimates.
• Deliver files and update photographs of damaged units on the Chubb portal for internal tracking.
• Analyze claims on-site or via visits to determine the need for valuation, repair, or referral to other areas.
• Collect orders from the company or other insurers for client unit damage expenses.
• Notify relevant areas of the start, end, and results of assigned claim adjustment services.
• Explain post-adjustment processes to clients and provide follow-up information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Mechanical Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Proven experience in customer service.
• Clean credit report.
• Full 24/7 availability (required).
