Claims Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Assign local and foreign claims using dispatch tools and GPS to ensure timely adjuster arrival.
• Verify policy status in internal systems to analyze coverage and insured requests.
• Coordinate emergency services including tow trucks, traffic police presence, and additional assistance.
• Communicate adjuster base changes to supervisors to optimize response times.
• Assign claims to external legal teams for the management of legal cases.
• Provide information support to internal and external adjusters to maintain high customer service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Proven experience working with variable schedules.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of GPS route monitoring.
• Experience with "code 1000" for message transmission.
