Claims Analyst - People AP

Responsibilities

• Manage timely payments to providers by performing reviews and validations according to established guidelines
• Analyze documentation and track payment statuses to ensure compliance with area KPIs
• Review hospital discounts and validate copayments
• Request and validate payment authorizations
• Support the validation of claim reimbursement procedures
• Contribute to loss control and the maintenance of the medical network

Requirements

• Degree in an Economic-Administrative field (completed, in progress, or partially completed)
• Experience in the insurance sector, preferably in Life, AP, or Health Claims
• Knowledge of operational claims processes or similar administrative areas
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including filters, data crossing, and data cleansing
• Strong data management skills and ability to handle high operational volumes
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
