About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze documentation in claim files and procedures to issue rulings according to insurance policies and GNP standards
- Validate the validity of claims and procedures through information analysis
- Register information in administrative systems for claim control
- Follow up on the development of claims and procedures in coordination with the Legal department
- Perform periodic reviews of claims based on management requirements
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Law
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience in information analysis and statistics
- Experience with internal administrative systems
- Experience in customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Life insurance sector (Ramo Vida)
- Knowledge of Reinsurance or Underwriting
