Claims Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze claim documents and evaluate coverage
• Communicate and negotiate solutions with internal and external parties
• Maintain updated claim reserves using dedicated tools
• Prepare indemnities and ensure timely payments
• Support debt collection with documentation for amicable or legal actions
• Build relationships with clients and brokers through professional communication
• Investigate claims for fraud prevention and ensure compliance with local legislation
• Compile reports and participate in internal process improvement projects

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Finance, Credit Management, or related discipline
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of business accounting and financial principles
• Understanding of local insolvency law and commercial contract law
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Claims Adjuster license if required by local regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in credit insurance
• Knowledge of TCI products and local market practices
