Claims Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review requests for indemnity for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility
• Check coverage rules and supporting documents
• Communicate with policyholders regarding indemnity and debt collection procedures
• Communicate with customers regarding claims files
• Monitor claims files with debt collection agencies daily
• Investigate discrepancies, missing information, or possible fraud
• Attend meetings with customers
• Prepare relevant reports upon request

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Legal or economic education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet
• Advanced level of English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Ability to write reports to summarize and clarify information
