Claims Advisor

Responsibilities

• Support pet owners via telephone when their cats, dogs, or horses are sick or injured
• Interpret medical records and veterinary journals to assess claims
• Manage and regulate insurance claims using internal systems based on policy terms
• Communicate effectively with customers, veterinarians, and animal hospitals
• Provide empathetic and professional advice to customers during difficult situations

Requirements

• Experience in pet insurance or animal-related work
• Experience providing advice or customer service via telephone
• Completed high school education or higher
• Fluent Swedish and good proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak additional languages beyond Swedish and English
• Formal education or professional experience specifically within animal-related fields
