About the role
Responsibilities
- Support North American Claims Adjusters by executing directed tasks and ensuring timely completion of assignments
- Prepare, send, and print accurate claim-related correspondences
- Request and obtain necessary reports and documentation to support the claims process
- Process claim-related payments in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain organized records of all correspondence, reports, and payments
- Complete productivity trackers accurately for workload monitoring and reporting
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Adhere to established standards and procedures to maintain high quality of work
Requirements
- Open to fresh graduates
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO setting
- Previous experience within the insurance industry
