About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support North American Claims Adjusters by executing directed tasks and ensuring timely completion of assignments
  • Prepare, send, and print claim-related correspondences with high accuracy
  • Request and obtain necessary reports and documentation to support the claims process
  • Process claim payments in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain organized records of all correspondence, reports, and payments
  • Complete productivity trackers accurately to facilitate workload monitoring and reporting
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve challenges

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience within the insurance industry
  • Sound knowledge of claims administration procedures and related systems
  • Proven track record of strong customer service behavior
