About the role
Responsibilities
- Support North American Claims Adjusters by executing directed tasks and ensuring timely completion of assignments
- Prepare, send, and print claim-related correspondences with high accuracy
- Request and obtain necessary reports and documentation to support the claims process
- Process claim payments in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain organized records of all correspondence, reports, and payments
- Complete productivity trackers accurately to facilitate workload monitoring and reporting
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve challenges
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience within the insurance industry
- Sound knowledge of claims administration procedures and related systems
- Proven track record of strong customer service behavior
