Claim Service Analyst

Responsibilities

• Receive and validate First Notice of Loss (FNOL) data for claim setup in the claims management system
• Initiate claim setups based on FNOL data or at the direction of leadership
• Perform data entry, reconciliation, and management of electronic and paper records
• Serve as a primary point of contact for insureds, agents, claimants, and medical providers via telephone
• Execute administrative tasks including mail processing, expense bill handling, and regulatory compliance support
• Extract and manage data for reporting purposes, including the creation of exhibits and graphs

Requirements

• High-school degree or equivalent (college degree or coursework preferred)
• Proficiency in a Windows-based environment, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and manage various data types
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills for professional telephone and in-person interactions
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with public school entities or institutional claims
