Cladding Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead cladding (bardeur) construction sites and supervise teams
• Assist in technical preparation and cost estimation
• Analyze site environments and implement safety protocols
• Monitor work quality and manage material deliveries and storage
• Ensure compliance with execution timelines and technical specifications
• Manage team integration, training, and safety compliance (PPE)
• Report site progress and issues to management via dedicated applications
• Oversee site cleanup and equipment dismantling upon completion

Requirements

• Ability to diagnose leaks and identify causes/solutions
• Experience in team leadership and management
• Strong communication and pedagogical skills
• Organized, dynamic, and conscientious approach
