Cladding Fixer

Responsibilities

• Install insulated panels and flashings to modular buildings according to specifications and industry standards
• Ensure accurate measurements and precise installation of all components
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure seamless integration into the building structure
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure the integrity and functionality of installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects that arise during the installation process
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure proper storage of materials and tools

Requirements

• Proven experience installing insulated panels and flashings in a construction or modular building setting
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices for panel and flashing installation
• Proficiency with tools and equipment commonly used in cladding and flashing work
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• High level of accuracy in measurements and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions
