Cladder

Responsibilities

• Install aluminium, stainless steel, galvanized iron, and other sheet metal cladding over insulated HVAC ducts, chilled water lines, and process piping
• Measure, fabricate, cut, bend, roll, and fit cladding sheets according to approved drawings
• Install removable cladding boxes for valves, strainers, and flanges
• Fabricate elbows, reducers, tees, and custom cladding sections
• Secure cladding using rivets, screws, bands, and sealants
• Ensure proper overlap, sealing, weatherproofing, and finishing
• Read and interpret HVAC layouts, piping isometrics, P&IDs, and GA drawings
• Coordinate with insulation crews to ensure correct installation sequence
• Repair or replace damaged cladding during construction or maintenance

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Cladder in HVAC or oil & gas projects
• Vocational training or trade certification
• Proven experience cladding HVAC ductwork, piping, and mechanical equipment
• Ability to work on-site at ADNOC project locations in Abu Dhabi
• Flexibility to work in shifts and extended hours
