Cladder

Responsibilities

• Install aluminium, stainless steel, and galvanized iron cladding over HVAC ducts, chilled water lines, process piping, and mechanical equipment
• Measure, fabricate, cut, bend, and fit cladding sheets according to approved drawings and site requirements
• Fabricate custom sections including elbows, reducers, tees, end caps, and removable cladding boxes for maintenance access
• Secure cladding using rivets, screws, bands, and approved sealants to ensure proper weatherproofing and sealing
• Read and interpret HVAC layouts, piping isometrics, P&IDs, and GA drawings
• Coordinate with insulation crews to ensure correct installation sequence
• Use sheet metal fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Cladder in HVAC or oil & gas projects
• Vocational training, trade certification, or relevant technical certification
• Proven experience in cladding HVAC ductwork, process piping, vessels, and mechanical equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and P&IDs
• Willingness to work on-site at various ADNOC project locations in Abu Dhabi
• Flexibility to work in shifts and extended hours as project demands require
