Civils Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of direct labour and sub-contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work
• Ensure works are constructed to relevant standards, technical specifications, and on time
• Manage onsite QA, including inspections and rectification of defects
• Coordinate works alignment with programme requirements and manage stock/materials
• Act as the first line interface between field operatives, sub-contractors, and clients
• Report and manage all incidents to internal and client resources
• Conduct weekly checks of plant and tools to ensure safety and calibration
• Manage As Built Drawings and contemporary records for invoicing

Requirements

• HSG47 knowledge
• Driving Licence with ability to tow (C1E)
• Setting to work experience
• Basic Electrical Safety Competency (BESC)
• First Aider certification
• Banksman and Slinger / Signaller qualifications
• Experience operating plant (excavator, tractor & trailer, front loaders, etc.)
• SSSTS, SMSTS, or NRSWA (Supervisor) qualification
• Digital literacy
• Environmental Awareness
