Civils Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage governance, communication, and management control systems for client services
• Monitor team performance and initiate safety or performance improvement measures
• Audit compliance with management systems and report findings
• Engage in Project Risk Management to identify and mitigate risks
• Conduct weekly technical and progress meetings
• Manage design stage deliverables to schedule and quality standards
• Lead daily site progress reviews regarding HSE, logistics, and programme
• Produce formal reports on project progress against KPIs and milestones
• Manage and administer relevant contracts to protect client interests
• Manage timely issuance of company invoices and receipts

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience
• Experience with data centres or mission-critical projects (Pharma, Life Sciences, or Nuclear)
• Ability to work on-site in Oulu, Finland
• Experience coordinating numerous sub-contractors
• Strong leadership and multi-tasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and construction project management software
• Understanding of specifications and project plans
