Civils Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage governance, communication, and management control systems
• Interface management between contractors and review organizational structures
• Monitor team performance and initiate safety or performance improvement measures
• Audit compliance with management systems
• Engage in Project Risk Management to identify and mitigate risks
• Conduct weekly technical and progress meetings
• Manage client stage gateway reviews and design stage deliverables
• Lead daily site progress reviews regarding HSE, logistics, and programme
• Produce formal project progress reports and presentations
• Manage and administer relevant contracts and company invoicing

Requirements

• 5-10 years of construction experience, ideally in data centres or mission-critical projects (Pharma, Life Sciences, or Nuclear)
• University Degree in engineering or a construction-related field
• Experience coordinating numerous sub-contractors
• Leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and construction project management software
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priority activities simultaneously
• Availability for on-site work in North West Finland
