Civil/Land Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide master planning, investigation, design, and permitting/approval services for diverse site development projects.
• Execute construction phase engineering services for campus/facility settings, planned communities, urban revitalization, and public spaces.
• Manage SWM/ESC Plan design and permitting processes.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a design group setting to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a relevant degree from an ABET-accredited program.
• 11-15 years of relevant experience in land development projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Maryland, or the ability to obtain it via comity within six months.
• Proven experience with planning, design, and construction phase services for residential, industrial, institutional, or commercial projects in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation.
• Experience with SWM/ESC Plan design and permitting.
• US citizenship is required.
