Better Business works with loss prevention through consulting and control services, aiming to prevent and uncover internal and external shrinkage. As part of our team, you will join a network of experienced and competent security consultants.

Responsibilities

• Carry out various civilian security assignments for our clients
• Perform personnel controls to ensure staff follow rules and routines
• Conduct civilian store controls, monitoring customers and stopping theft
• Perform SCO (Self-Checkout) controls to ensure correct payment
• Conduct age verification checks for age-restricted goods
• Perform security audits and observation controls regarding value handling
• Execute mystery shopping to measure customer experience

Requirements

• Completed security guard course or vocational certificate in security (or willingness to complete one through us)
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Clean criminal record (police certificate required)
• Good physical and mental health
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Must be over 18 years old
• Responsible, flexible, and social personality
• Ability to work alone and drive frequently
• Availability for days, weekends, and evenings
