Civil Works Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with technical standards
• Supervise the assembly and erection of tower installations
• Oversee the construction of tower foundations and bases
• Manage the installation of antennas and microwave (MW) systems
• Supervise cabling, power, and coaxial feeder installation
• Oversee and execute other civil works activities for telecom sites development
• Liaise with operations managers, clients, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Team Leader in civil works within the telecom sector
• Proven experience in cell site construction (foundations, towers, shelters, generators, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and soil types
• Familiarity with local regulatory construction requirements
• Relevant Bachelor or TS degree
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
