About the role

Responsibilities

  • Promote safe work practices and environmental protection, ensuring all safety standards are strictly respected
  • Monitor works performed by subcontractors or direct hires to ensure fulfillment of project quality and contractual requirements
  • Set up and manage time schedules, coordinating human and technical resources to meet project deadlines
  • Arrange for cost-effective and correct performance of civil construction works in accordance with operating programs
  • Build progress reports, identifying causes of deviation and proposing effective solutions
  • Control production parameters regarding efficiency and productivity to ensure proper workflow discipline
  • Support the resolution of technical civil engineering problems encountered during execution
  • Manage technical and administrative documentation
  • Ensure achievement of MC certificates and manage punch list clearance

Requirements

  • 15-20 years of experience in civil work activities, specifically as a subcontractor site manager or in similar supervisory roles
  • Relevant professional diploma
  • Proven expertise in dewatering and piling operations
  • Strong civil work supervision and team leading skills
  • Must reside in the UK and possess full, permanent UK right-to-work status (no sponsorship available)
