Civil Testing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute concrete testing processes including specimen receiving, handling, curing, and compressive strength testing
• Perform concrete mix design, specimen preparation, and cement material testing
• Conduct testing for various materials such as green building materials, tiles, stone, and glass
• Perform pavement testing including sample pretreatment, sieve analysis, and aggregate testing
• Execute asphalt/concrete (AC) testing including mix design and bitumen content analysis
• Conduct soil testing such as compaction and field density tests
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure accurate, timely test records and reports
• Perform on-site testing and field inspections using specialized instruments
• Coordinate with clients for on-site testing, including documentation and explanation of results

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Environmental Engineering
• Valid driver's license (small passenger vehicle)
• Physical stamina for specimen handling and mixing tasks
• Ability to work overtime as required
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in laboratory testing
• Familiarity with ISO 17025 standards
