Civil Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist the Civil Foreman with pouring foundations, installing fencing, and installing grounding
• Perform tasks including cadwelding, terminations, fastening, and proper bolting
• Maintain a safe work environment through the daily use and completion of JSA forms
• Support overall site construction according to customer specifications
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and handle physical tasks including lifting 50 lbs

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 to 3 years of experience working on a tower construction crew
• Ability to read and understand drawings, piping diagrams, and job specifications
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as a backhoe and forklift
• Successful completion of industrial first aid and rescue training
• Willingness to travel extensively (50% - 90% of the time)
