Civil & Survey Applications Engineer

Responsibilities

• Complete four 6-month rotations across Technical Support, Product Testing, Product Management, and Sales Engineering
• Conduct rigorous field and office testing to prepare next-generation tools for market release
• Document workflows and ensure world-class product quality
• Partner with regional sales and product teams to conduct market research and high-impact product demos
• Identify and implement emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance customer workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Surveying, GIS, Geography, or Construction Management
• Minimum of one related internship or up to three years of professional experience
• Hands-on experience with surveying, GIS, GPS, or other positioning solutions
• A curious, leadership-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 10-15%) for industry events and field testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with construction or mapping software
• Experience using analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance and trends
• Recent leadership involvement in university or professional organizations
