Civil Supervisor/Foreman

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Project Managers to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes
• Use leadership and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors
• Motivate and support Foremen and Leading Hands to maintain a high-performing culture
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program
• Maintain a safe working environment and embed health, safety, environmental, and quality commitments into all tasks

Requirements

• Certificate III in Civil Construction
• Extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience
• Strong commitment to health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes
• Motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Civil Supervision
