Civil Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all civil works to ensure timely and efficient completion
• Oversee rectification of defects in public areas to maintain safety and appearance
• Ensure compliance with Forbes Travel Guide audit requirements for civil maintenance
• Manage and resolve KYC defect reports raised by other departments
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for public areas
• Plan and manage the Engineering Civil work schedule
• Coordinate with procurement for timely sourcing of materials and tools
• Monitor work progress and quality against internal standards and external regulations
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and in-house teams
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all civil maintenance activities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position within a large luxury resort
• Proven track record of managing projects
• Strong understanding of civil work, structure, and furniture finishing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read technical drawings
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field
• Proficient in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with safety awareness
