Civil Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise all works completed onsite to ensure required quality and productivity
• Monitor completion goals for subcontractors and delivery dates for materials
• Supervise and lead foremen, lead men, skilled labor, and work crew assigned to the project
• Conduct daily site visits to monitor and track daily progress against plans
• Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and manpower
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams to achieve productive outcomes
• Provide reports on works completed
• Coordinate tasks to ensure adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to optimize resources and resolve issues with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional technical qualification, certification, or license
