Civil Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Act as a field supervisor overseeing construction operations on the project
• Mentor and help to grow junior superintendents and other direct reports
• Manage contract administration, including subcontractor and field management meetings
• Develop and maintain positive client relations through regular site engagement
• Oversee and approve monthly job cost updates and quarterly cash flow projections
• Review, approve, and negotiate change orders
• Develop and implement plans for project completion and turnover
• Create, update, and maintain daily reports and logs for record keeping
• Ensure all performance evaluations for direct reports are completed timely

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a superintendent or leadership capacity
• Proven experience working on water and wastewater treatment or process plant projects
• Strong leadership, negotiation, planning, and contract administration skills
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed to various project sites
