Civil Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction execution to ensure alignment with safety, quality, schedule, and financial targets
• Direct and oversee civil subcontractor scope of work, sequencing, coordination, and logistics
• Participate in preconstruction planning, including constructability reviews and material planning
• Coordinate civil activities with electrical, mechanical, and structural teams
• Manage day-to-day onsite civil operations from Notice to Proceed through commissioning and turnover
• Resolve construction conflicts, technical issues, and in-field delays promptly
• Ensure compliance with EPC contract requirements, regulatory standards, and environmental conditions
• Support project closeout including punch lists and turnover packages

Requirements

• 10 years of civil construction experience
• 5 years of experience in a supervisory or superintendent role
• Experience in energy, renewables, industrial, or utility electrical construction
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, drawings, and installation practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital field tools
• Ability to work on remote project sites and open to relocation for future projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous EPC project experience

• Base salary between $130,000 - $150,000
