Civil/Structure Inspector

Responsibilities

• Attend Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by contractors and take prompt action
• Review shop drawings against contract drawings, specifications, local codes, and international best practices
• Monitor the quality of executed works and daily site progress
• Report works that do not comply with approved drawings and specifications to stakeholders
• Maintain detailed records of daily site activities, including progress photos
• Prepare surveillance reports for work deficiencies and nonconformance reports (NCR) when required
• Ensure effective coordination between various discipline-related works on-site
• Provide technical input to resolve discipline-related issues that arise during construction
• Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approved methods and contract requirements
• Observe and enforce site safety procedures

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• 7+ years of related experience specifically in direct landscape work
• Strong English communication skills
• Must be a Saudi National
