Civil Structural Architecture Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all CSA construction activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk for CSA work packages
• Oversee earthwork, grading, utilities, drainage, roads, and site infrastructure
• Manage foundation systems, concrete works, structural steel erection, and related structural packages
• Manage building envelope systems including roofing, cladding, waterproofing, doors, windows, and finishes
• Lead and manage CSA subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and field teams
• Develop and manage CSA budgets and forecasts
• Champion Galaxy's safety-first culture and ensure zero-harm execution
• Support integrated systems testing and commissioning activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years managing CSA scopes on large-scale industrial, mission-critical, semiconductor, manufacturing, or data center projects
• Experience delivering at least one project exceeding $200M construction value
• Deep understanding of construction delivery models, risk management, and vendor oversight
• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, BIM 360, Bluebeam, MS Project, and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• LEED certification
• Proven success managing and coordinating commissioning efforts
