Civil Staff Professional

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with technical, operational, and administrative project activities
• Write and complete complex reports for geotechnical, construction materials testing, and environmental departments
• Perform laboratory and field testing on soils, concrete, and other construction materials
• Support proposal execution, technical calculations, and project submittals
• Communicate with clients regarding scope changes and maintain positive relationships
• Manage project timelines, budgets, reports, and contracts to ensure timely completion
• Enter and update project data and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in civil, geotechnical, or equivalent engineering
• Engineer in Training (EIT) preferred; candidates preparing for the FE exam considered
• Personal vehicle (van, truck, or SUV) required for work with monthly reimbursement
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
